When is payment collected?
Payment is collected after tax preparation is completed and before electronic filing. Returns are not filed until payment is authorized.
Are tax preparation fees refundable?
No. Tax preparation fees are non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of refund outcome, delays, or IRS determinations.
Are your fees based on the refund amount?
No. Fees are based on the complexity of the tax return and services performed. Fees are not determined by refund amounts.
Do you offer refund-based payment options?
Optional refund-based bank products may be available through third-party financial institutions, subject to eligibility and approval.
Do you guarantee tax refunds or outcomes?

Do you provide IRS representation or Power of Attorney?
No. We prepare and file tax returns but do not provide IRS representation and do not accept Power of Attorney.
